We are engaged in the dissemination of intellectual ideas, ie. ,"products of the mind" - books, music, and CD recordings of a "how to" nature, and original art work. Therefore, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS!

Of course, occasionally things are "mangled" in the mail, the merchandise is physically defective, or an error is made in filling your order. We will HAPPILY replace ANY or ALL defective or damaged merchandise and rectify shipping errors!
